EVENT HEADSHOTS
Fred Morton Photography has developed a process for providing headshots at conferences or events that will create powerful headshot images an exciting yet efficient process. We set up an on-site studio with professional quality studio lights, modifier and back drop creating a setting that will attract people to get their headshot taken.
We offer additional services to our main package. Images can be shown on a monitor after a quick process that will create added buzz. Another service is that can deliver individual headshots to participants within 15 minutes of their headshot being taken. Organizations can provide this opportunity for their members and can feature messaging or marketing from your group.
Companies have also used us at trade shows to provide headshots for participants. This design allows the client to have a three-point contact with participants. Your marketing team and/or your leadership team can work with us to meet people as they are in line for headshots. As a first point of contact this is always fun for both the client and conference participants. We will provide you a spreadsheet with contact information that is of interest to you including at a minimum client name, organization, phone number and email. Several days after the event, as a second contact point, you can send a follow-up email to participants letting them know how much that you enjoyed meeting them indicating that their headshots will be delivered within the next ten days. Ten days after the event, we deliver headshots with each individual’s name to you through Dropbox or WeTransfer. Your staff will be able to tailor an additional message about your company with the email that delivers the headshot. Conference attendees have been thrilled with this process and enjoy having a high-quality headshot. The benefit for your marketing is that each time the attendee looks at their headshot whether it is on their own website or LinkedIn, they will remember you and your company.

Our team will process and post images on a large TV monitor throughout the course of the conference. This monitor is located next to the mobile photography studio and helps draw added participants to you.
